Core values. Manifesto.

Clarity drives momentum

Every project starts with alignment on the goals, the audience, and what success looks like. Clarity at the start avoids confusion later.

Remote-first, fully plugged in

I thrive in remote setups, staying aligned through async tools. I'm responsive, communicative, and comfortable with check-ins or calls when needed.

Context beats assumptions

I always look for the “why” behind requests. When the context is clear, it’s easier to make good decisions without second-guessing.

Bias for action

I break work into clear steps to maintain momentum, even amid ambiguity. Progress beats perfection, especially in fast-moving teams.

Low ego, high standards

I bring ideas, give thoughtful feedback, and invite it in return. The focus is always on improving the work, not defending egos.

Make work visible

I document everything in tools like Notion or similar tools, so work stays visible, shareable, and easy for clients and team members to pick up anytime.

Collaboration is everything

I work closely with designers, developers, and clients, creating space for input while keeping direction clear and outcomes sharp.

Design decisions need reasoning

When feedback comes down to taste, I keep the conversation grounded in logic, research, and what serves the user or brand best.

Long-term mindset

Even in short-term roles, I show up like part of the team, building trust, reducing friction, and helping plan for what’s next.

What (sometimes) people ask me

🌱 Popular
What kind of collaboration are you open to?

I’m open to both full-time roles and freelance work. I’ve worked on per-project, retainer, and long-term embedded team setups.

What’s your availability and timezone?

I’m based in Spain and work comfortably with teams across Europe and nearby time zones. I’m also used to async collaboration with distributed teams when needed.

Can you integrate into an existing team?

Yes. I’m quick to adapt to your tools, team rituals, and workflows. I stay plugged in, reduce overhead, and contribute like part of the team from day one.

Do you join client calls?

Of course. I’m comfortable leading or joining client calls, helping translate feedback and ensuring clarity between clients and the team.

Do you prefer async or live collaboration?

I’m comfortable with both. I work well in async setups (Loom, Notion, Slack), but I’m also happy to join regular standups, workshops, or strategy calls.

Can you help define scope, timeline, and team needs?

Absolutely. I take a rough idea and turn it into a clear scope with timelines, deliverables, and team roles mapped out. I often help with resourcing, milestones, and prioritization.

Can you handle multiple projects at once?

I’m used to managing several projects in parallel — each with different timelines, team setups, and scopes. I stay organized, prioritize clearly, and keep things moving without letting quality slip.

Do you write briefs or project documentation?

I regularly write or clean up briefs, organize references, and define key requirements so the team has a clear starting point.

Do you create project plans and break down tasks?

Always. I organize deliverables into phases and tasks in tools like Linear, Asana, Notion, or Jira. I help everyone understand what’s next and avoid blockers.

Can you jump in mid-project?

Yes, and I often do. I quickly assess what’s been done, identify risks or blockers, and help the team get unstuck without causing disruption.

🌱 Popular
Do you provide feedback on design or UX?

Absolutely. I’ve supported dozens of designers and used Figma daily for years. I haven’t taken on full design roles, but I’ve built sites myself, understand modern design systems, and contribute to UX, layout, and brand alignment. I stay up to date with design trends and often bring references or inspiration into the process to help elevate the work.

Do you help with wireframes or UX structure?

Yes, quite often. I sketch out low-fidelity wireframes, map user flows, or structure landing page logic to help designers and stakeholders get aligned early.

Do you work with visual references and moodboards?

I do. I gather references, create moodboards, or align the team around a look and feel before final design begins.

Can you run design reviews or spot edge cases?

Definitely. I often support design QA by reviewing spacing, interactions, edge states, and mobile views. I flag inconsistencies early so they don’t get missed in dev.

Do you coordinate with stakeholders around content?

Yes. I help align structure and copy across the team. I often coordinate with clients and founders to ensure the content fits the design and purpose.

🌱 Popular
Can you support the dev team directly in Webflow?

I use both the Designer and Editor — updating layouts, content, CMS collections and fields and styling. I understand how Webflow works and help unblock the team by handling small updates or fixes directly.

Do you review builds for design accuracy?

Always. I check against the Figma files for layout fidelity, spacing, and interaction quality. I review responsiveness and flag inconsistencies across devices.

Can you define responsiveness or interaction behavior?

I clarify how sections should behave across devices or breakpoints. I define motion, responsiveness, or fallback states when things are ambiguous.

Do you help manage CMS and real content?

Yes. I structure and manage CMS content, replace placeholders, and ensure everything is clean and accurate before launch.

Do you support QA and pre-launch testing?

I do. I review across breakpoints and devices, test layouts and interactions, and flag anything that needs fixing. I work closely with devs to resolve launch blockers.
